Options for Supported Housing is proud to be a recipient of the Energy Smart Eastside grant project in WA. The City of Kirkland and the City of Bellevue invited Options For Supported Housing to participate in a media engagement on Monday, August 12th at our Kirkland home. The event centered around the (4) heat pumps that were installed at each of Options’ Kirkland/Bellevue locations. The guest list included US Congresswoman Suzan Delbene, her staff, Kirkland Deputy Mayor, and the Eastside Energy Savings program manager. Rep. Delbene has been leading the energy/climate initiatives statewide.
Pollowitz Property Group, Jacob Pollowitz represented Options at this event. A resident and staff member at the Kirkland house spoke about the home and how the new heat pump has positively impacted the living space. Options is extremely fortunate to participate in this project. This project will have a positive impact on our tenant’s lives and economic savings for folks who are low income living in our homes.
